Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Free Delivery
Free home delivery is available on all orders — no minimum order required.

Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. For tracking updates, contact us at +92 306 745 7788.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned. Redelivery charges may apply.
